High-magnesium hydrated lime for pH adjustment, soil enhancement, and industrial waste treatment. Available in N, S, SA types.
Dolomitic Hydrated Lime is a white, alkaline powder derived from natural dolomite (composed of calcium magnesium carbonate). It is produced by calcining dolomite at high temperatures (900–1000°C) and then hydrating the resulting quicklime with water. This process creates a compound primarily composed of calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)₂) and magnesium oxide (MgO). Unlike regular hydrated lime, its unique calcium-magnesium hydroxide structure offers superior neutralizing power, stability, and versatility for industrial, agricultural, and construction use.
N-Type: High reactivity for acid neutralization and hazardous waste treatment.
S-Type: Ultra-fine particles for enhanced plasticity and water retention in construction.
SA-Type: Contains air-entraining additives for improved workability in mortars.
S-Type: Fine particles (80–325 mesh) and high surface area ensure excellent plasticity, making it ideal for mortars and plasters. It locks moisture, prevents rapid drying, and strengthens material bonding.
SA-Type: Air-entraining agents improve pumpability, sand-carrying capacity, and ease of application in construction mixes.
N-Type excels in industrial settings, neutralizing acidic wastewater or stabilizing hazardous waste due to its low molecular-weight magnesium and rapid reactivity.
Enriches soil with calcium and magnesium, balances pH, and accelerates organic decomposition for healthier crops.
Adjustable purity (>90% Ca(OH)₂·Mg(OH)₂) and customizable particle sizes meet diverse industrial needs.

Raw Material Selection: We choose high-purity dolomite ore and crush it into uniform particles.
Calcination Decomposition: The ore is calcined in a rotary kiln at 900 – 1000℃, producing a mixture of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide (quicklime).
Hydration Reaction: Quicklime reacts with water in precise proportions to form a homogeneous complex of calcium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide.
Fine Processing: We control the powder fineness through air classification or ball milling, ensuring product activity and flowability.
It’s used in ship anti-corrosion, coating cargo holds to prevent salt corrosion.
N-Type: Designed for high-speed acid neutralization (e.g., industrial wastewater treatment, hazardous waste stabilization) due to its rapid reactivity and low moisture demand.
S-Type: Ultra-fine particles (up to 325 mesh) optimize mortar workability and plaster smoothness in construction.
SA-Type: Added air-entraining agents improve pumpability and crack resistance in large-scale masonry projects.
Dolomitic lime contains magnesium, offering better acid neutralization and soil benefits compared to calcium-only variants.
Dolomite lime comes from dolomite, containing Ca and Mg compounds. Hydrated lime, from limestone, mainly has calcium hydroxide.
Store in sealed, moisture-proof bags away from acids or humid environments.
For bulk transport, use covered containers to prevent contamination.
Wear gloves and masks during handling to avoid skin/eye irritation.
